A 21-year-old female (height: 148 cm, weight: 38 kg, and BMI: 17) was referred to our endocrinology outpatient polyclinic with the complaints of severe abdominal pain and severe hypertriglyceridemia. The patients medical history revealed diabetes and FMF.
